About the role#
This paid internship provides hands-on experience in business and leadership within the travel arrangements industry. Interns take on responsibilities similar to full-time professionals, working in a team-based environment to learn the fundamentals of running a successful business.
What you'll do#
- Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles.
- Interact with customers and develop marketing strategies.
- Build professional relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete assigned intern projects and participate in peer competitions.
- Qualify for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
What you'll need#
- Current Senior status enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Human Resources, or Operations Management.
- At least three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record in the past five years.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
