Fall 2026 Management Trainee Intern

About the role#

The Management Trainee Intern program provides university students with real-world business and leadership experience. This is a paid, part-time position for the Fall 2026 term, running from September 15, 2026, to December 10, 2026. Interns work 15-25 hours per week and take on responsibilities similar to full-time professionals, gaining insight into running a successful business operation.

What you'll do#

• Manage a fleet of vehicles.
• Provide customer service and develop marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete assigned intern projects and participate in peer competitions.
• Qualify for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, graduating in December 2026.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 3 months of leadership or relevant work experience.
• A valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to commute to the location within one hour.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, and Human Resources.
