About the role#
We are looking for motivated students to join our team for an Audiologist Externship. This is a paid, full-time position that offers hands-on clinical experience. You will work alongside experienced audiologists, otolaryngologists, and otologists. We offer a structured curriculum that includes onsite manufacturer training, educational sessions on VNG and ABR, and regular check-ins to support your professional goals.
What you'll do#
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiological testing for pediatric and adult patients.
- Conduct vestibular testing, including VNG and electrocochleography.
- Manage hearing aid evaluations, fittings, follow-ups, and troubleshooting.
- Perform ear plug fitting and dispensing.
- Build rapport with patients, gather medical histories, and provide counseling.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing doctoral studies in Audiology.
- A background in Biomedical Sciences.
- Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment.
