About the role#
As a Strategy & Operations intern, you will support one of Enova’s core P&Ls. You will tackle projects that ensure the business operates at peak performance. Over the 10-week program, you will work on tasks ranging from short-term process automation to long-term strategic initiatives like new product launches. You will also network with other interns through company events and conclude the summer by presenting your project work.

What you'll need#
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Proficiency with SQL is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence others, and think analytically.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
Location & details#
- Location: Chicago, Illinois.
- Term: June 15, 2027, to August 19, 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
- Compensation: $30.00 per hour for bachelor's students and $35.00 per hour for master's students.
- Eligibility: Must be able to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
