About the role#
The Product Success Intern will help improve the customer experience and drive adoption of EnerSys digital solutions, including customer portals and connected products. You will work to understand what makes customers successful by analyzing their behavior and gathering direct feedback.
What you'll do#
- Support customer adoption and engagement initiatives for our digital platforms.
- Help develop and improve processes for collecting customer feedback across the customer journey.
- Assist with Voice of Customer programs, including surveys, interviews, and research activities.
- Participate in customer interviews to document insights from personas like technicians, fleet managers, and operations leaders.
- Analyze portal usage data and engagement trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate how customers interact with digital solutions and recommend ways to boost usability and value.
- Identify gaps and friction points in existing processes to improve the overall customer experience.
- Research customer success strategies used by technology companies and provide recommendations.
- Create customer onboarding materials, training resources, and knowledge base content.
- Help build scalable methods for gathering feedback as portal adoption grows.
- Support the development of customer success metrics, dashboards, and adoption reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with an interest in understanding customer behavior and business processes.
- Comfort conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and presenting your findings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- A strong curiosity and a willingness to question existing processes.
- The ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent listening, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with survey tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, or reporting tools is a plus.
- An interest in Voice of Customer programs, user research, and customer journey mapping.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The term runs from May or June 2027 through August 2027.
