About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within our Legal Department to support business initiatives while gaining exposure to corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. You will receive direct guidance and feedback from experienced legal professionals while building a professional network across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Work on legal projects that support real business needs.
- Review customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial documents.
- Research legal issues related to employment, privacy, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Prepare legal memoranda and summaries to support business decisions.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate key updates.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, policy updates, and corporate governance records.
- Build relationships with peers, leaders, and subject matter experts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Juris Doctor degree program.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and taking on fresh challenges.
- A proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of your projects.

- This is an on-site role based in either Greenwood, Indiana, or Pearland, Texas.
- This position is a paid, full-time internship.
