About the role#
The Learning, Culture & Inclusion Intern supports initiatives that improve the team member experience. You will work with both the Learning & Development and Culture & Inclusion teams to gain hands-on experience in program coordination and operations. This role offers exposure to process documentation, technology management, and the broader employee experience.
What you'll do#
- Prepare for instructor-led and virtual learning sessions, including technology coordination and light facilitation.
- Manage learning programs by handling course setup, scheduling, enrollment, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain learning systems, records, and reporting, including support for platforms like Sana.
- Create and update SOPs, job aids, and checklists to support technology adoption and learning processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by managing timelines, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with Business Resource Group (BRG) events and initiatives that foster connection and belonging.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business, Communications, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort learning new technology and interacting with team members at all levels.
- A willingness to facilitate in front of small groups.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- A genuine interest in learning, development, and company culture.

- This is a part-time, paid internship.
- The role follows a hybrid work schedule based in Des Moines, Iowa.
