About the role#
East Stroudsburg University is looking for a student worker to join the Upward Bound department. This is a part-time position available during the academic year.
What you'll do#
- Handle general office duties.
- Communicate with students and their families through email, social media, and telephone.
What you'll need#
- You must be enrolled as a full-time student at ESU.
- Familiarity with Upward Bound or TRIO programs.
- Strong clerical, time management, and organizational skills.
- You are dependable and professional.
- Ability to multitask.
- Comfort working with a diverse group of people who support the Upward Bound mission.
Location & details#
- Location: East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Up to 10 hours per week, including some Saturdays.
- Pay: $10.00 per hour.
- Employment is contingent upon passing a background check, which includes FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse clearance, and employment or degree verifications.
