About the role#
The University Police department is hiring a student worker to join the Parking Team for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a part-time position requiring 8 to 10 hours of work per week.
What you'll do#
- Help the campus community with parking questions and vehicle registration.
- Issue parking permits to students and staff.
- Operate office computer systems.
- Manage phone lines and handle radio dispatch communications.
- Provide accurate information about campus parking policies.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current East Stroudsburg University student.
- Ability to follow directions and multitask.
- Experience or comfort with answering phones and using radio dispatch.
- No prior disciplinary incidents on campus.
- Ability to pass a background check including FBI fingerprinting and PA Child Abuse clearance.
Location & details#
- The role is based on-site at 161 Smith Street, ground floor, in Pennsylvania.
- This position pays $10.00 per hour.
