About the role#
This position supports the Counseling and Psychological Services department at East Stroudsburg University. The role requires 10 hours of work per week, totaling 150 hours each semester. This is a paid, on-site opportunity.
What you'll do#
- Greet students and visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide front desk coverage and answer incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments using the department electronic health record system.
- Help maintain confidential student records.
- Plan and coordinate mental health outreach programs and campus events.
- Create educational materials, social media content, and promotional resources.
- Represent the department at orientations, resource fairs, and university events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a graduate program at East Stroudsburg University.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
