About the role#
This position supports the facilities management mailroom and the receiving and distribution center at East Stroudsburg University. You will handle daily logistics, inventory, and mail services to keep campus operations running. This is a paid, part-time role offering up to 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Receive, unpack, and record incoming goods and store them in designated areas.
- Process delivery orders and withdraw items from stock while verifying commodity, size, and lot details.
- Assemble stock items for requisitions, pack shipments, and load goods for distribution.
- Deliver mail to university departments and sort incoming mail for campus offices.
- Assist with large mailings, including tabbing and processing presort or nonprofit materials.
- Redirect mail for students who have moved.
- Act as a messenger to pick up packages and envelopes from various campus departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an ESU student.
- Age 18 or older.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 40 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and English literacy.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to complete clerical tasks.
- Completion of a background check, including FBI fingerprinting and PA Child Abuse clearance.

- Work is on-site in Pennsylvania.
