About the role#
This internship is a project-based learning opportunity for students pursuing a data analytics minor or certification. You will work with a site supervisor to manage large data sets and contribute to data-driven decision-making. The role involves both independent tasks and team collaboration within the employer's business operations.
What you'll do#
- Organize and manage large data sets through coding, collection, scrubbing, and analysis.
- Design and deliver data collection applications while ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Use machine learning, modeling programs, and statistical techniques to extract insights.
- Create situational presentations, reports, and dashboards to highlight trends, metrics, and benchmarks.
- Apply data governance practices and participate in project scoping.
- Document processes and train other users on data tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently completing a bachelor's degree with a data analytics minor or certification coursework.
- Proficiency in Python, Power BI, SAS, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with web conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, plus social media platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- A history of working in project-based environments.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Must be at least 18 years old with English literacy skills.

- This role is based in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
- The position is on-site and part-time, up to 20 hours per week.
- The internship term is rolling.
- This is a paid position.
