About the role#
The Campus Card Center is looking for a student worker to help with daily office tasks. You will report to the Director and provide support to students and parents. This role requires someone who can maintain confidentiality and handle office procedures accurately. You may need to work some weekends or holidays depending on office needs.
What you'll do#
- Help with the daily production and distribution of ID cards.
- Answer phone calls and respond to questions from students and parents.
- Process paperwork for deposits, applications, and replacement cards.
- Support accounting procedures to ensure funds are collected correctly.
- Maintain the privacy of office data, card transactions, and reports.
- Complete all required campus training programs.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current ESU student.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- General computer knowledge.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems as they arise.
- General knowledge of the ESU campus is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Pennsylvania.
- Work is on-site.
- This is a part-time role with up to 20 hours per week.
- The pay rate is $7.25 per hour.
- Employment is contingent on passing a background check, including FBI fingerprinting and PA Child Abuse clearance.
