About the role#
This paid co-op program offers students hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and industrial engineering. You will work on real projects that sharpen your skills and provide insight into our businesses, products, and customers. You will work in team-based environments alongside experienced professionals who provide mentorship and technical training.

- Apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges.
- Contribute to core operations including asset scheduling, distribution requirements planning, and material planning.
- Support demand coordination, business processes, and procurement process improvements.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January through April).
- Locations: Wilmington, Delaware; Circleville, Ohio; or Richmond, Virginia.
