About the role#
DS Sports Ventures is hiring a Digital Content Intern for the Summer 2027 season. This role supports the USA Tournament Series by capturing video and photo content during youth baseball tournaments across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut, and New York. You will work directly with the Digital Content Producer to increase brand awareness and gain hands-on experience with professional camera gear, lighting, and Adobe Creative Suite.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Digital Content Producer at tournaments, showcases, and team scout days.
- Provide photography services, including action shots, headshots, and team photos.
- Capture and edit content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Introduce new video products like staff interviews and tournament highlights.
- Represent the USA Tournament Series in a professional manner to all attendees.
- Attend all scheduled Google Meets meetings.
What you'll need#
- A field of study in video production or relevant experience in social media.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively throughout the day.
- A friendly and professional disposition.
- A reliable automobile for travel to tournament locations.
- Availability for the 5th Annual Memorial Day Classic from May 28-31 and five additional assigned events.
- A willingness to stay overnight in hotels as required by the tournament schedule.
- Ability to post content to social media platforms while games are in progress.
