About the role#
As a Full-Stack Engineering Intern at Dryft, you will build systems that automate complex decisions in manufacturing operations. You will work on combining agent-based reasoning with mathematical optimization and simulation to process large-scale industrial data. This role provides direct ownership of features from your first day, and your work will directly influence how global manufacturers operate their plants.
What you'll do#
- Build routing, orchestration, and guardrails for autonomous agents.
- Ship features end-to-end across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and frontend.
- Work directly with users to identify needs and build improvements that increase their speed.
- Own features from start to finish, taking responsibility for the impact of your code on production systems.
What you'll need#
- Experience shipping production code end-to-end.
- A background in building scalable backend and infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data.
- Ability to build usable interfaces.
- A history of building technically challenging projects.
- Strong product sense and a deep care for accuracy.
- A sense of urgency when shipping code.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in San Francisco, California.
- The term is rolling.
