About the role#
Dr. Clean Inc. is seeking a Junior Cost Analyst Intern to join the team in Sudbury. This is a full-time, paid, one-year internship with the potential for permanency. You will support the sales and estimating departments by managing quotation processes, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with business development activities.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate the estimating process by reviewing customer RFQs and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations, including pricing and margin analyses.
- Maintain quote tracking systems, CRM databases, and sales management records.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and executive summaries to support business planning.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and proposal preparation.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Experience with lead generation or making cold calls.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current enrollment or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
