About the role#
Dr. Clean Inc. is hiring a Junior Cost Analyst for a full-time, paid internship based in Sudbury, Ontario. This role supports the sales and estimating team by managing the quotation process and identifying new business opportunities. The position operates on a rolling term basis.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate the estimating process by reviewing customer RFQs and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations, including pricing and margin analysis, in a timely manner.
- Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls, to generate new business and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain and update quote tracking systems and CRM databases.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales and estimating reports to support business decision-making.
What you'll need#
- Current or recent enrollment in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Experience with lead generation or cold calling.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
