About the role#
Dr. Clean Inc. is hiring a Junior Cost Analyst for a full-time, paid internship based in Sudbury, Ontario. This role focuses on the estimating and quotation process, supporting our sales team, and generating new business through proactive outreach. We are looking for candidates pursuing studies in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Manage the estimating process by reviewing customer RFQs and ensuring all packages are complete and accurate.
- Prepare and submit customer quotations, including pricing and margin analysis, in a timely manner.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update quote tracking systems and CRM databases to keep client information current.
- Prepare and analyze sales and estimating reports to support business planning.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals and coordinating follow-up communications.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Experience with cold calling or lead generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver's licence and a clean driver's abstract.
- Ability to be bondable and travel within Ontario as needed.
