About the role#
DMR Technologies is looking for an Embedded Systems Engineering Intern to support the development of flight controller firmware for advanced UAV platforms. You will work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience with sensors, embedded systems, and autonomous flight.
What you'll do#
- Develop firmware using embedded C/C++.
- Test flight controllers and perform lab validation.
- Integrate various sensors.
- Debug firmware issues.
- Provide production support.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Aerospace, or a related field.
- You have experience with C/C++ and an interest in embedded systems.
- You possess a curious mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with STM32, Arduino, ESP32, RTOS, robotics, or UAVs is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Lafayette, Louisiana.
- The internship is paid and full-time.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
