About the role#
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Co-op supports the team in improving assembly line efficiency and performance. You will gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes and engineering project execution while working directly with the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department.
What you'll do#
- Support current line rebalance initiatives.
- Conduct Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) studies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in developing technical specifications for operations build stations.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong math skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical findings and collaborate with team members.

- This role is based on-site in Detroit, Michigan.
- The position is full-time.
