About the role#
Delta Dental of Michigan is looking for an intern to support the internal communications team within the Human Resources department. This position involves working on a variety of projects to support employee engagement and organizational messaging.
What you'll do#
- Write content for the company intranet and other internal channels.
- Track and report on metrics related to communication strategy.
- Create digital content, including work in PowerPoint.
- Help coordinate internal employee culture and development activities.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a second, third, or fourth-year student.
- A major in communications, human resources, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- A motivated approach to projects.
- Prior experience in corporate communications or human resources is a plus.
