About the role#
This 12-week fellowship provides transitioning military members the chance to gain experience in our Finance Transformation practice. You will work alongside our team as they solve complex challenges for clients. This program is designed to help you transition your professional skills into a corporate environment. You will participate in a structured learning experience and shadow active projects. Successful completion of the fellowship may lead to consideration for a full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Immerse yourself in the Finance Transformation practice.
- Gain exposure to real client challenges.
- Participate in a structured learning experience designed by Deloitte.
- Perform project shadowing to see how our teams work.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Active Duty status in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
- Enrollment in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- At least 1 year of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting.
- Experience with software such as Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1.
- Experience with requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, or data remediation.
- Experience with financial data mapping, reporting, and process improvement.
- The ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions.
- A Top Secret security clearance.

This is a remote fellowship. It is open to eligible candidates across the United States, including those in Atlanta, Austin, Birmingham, Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Fort Worth, Gilbert, Grand Rapids, Houston, Huntsville, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Lake Mary, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, San Antonio, St. Louis, Tallahassee, Tampa, Westlake, and Wichita. The program is full-time and paid.
