Technical Analyst Access Management - Fall 2026 Co-op/Intern

About the role#

This is an 8-month, full-time co-op/internship position for the Fall 2026 term. As a Technical Analyst for Access Management, you will support the security and operational integrity of the organization by managing user access, monitoring provisioning workflows, and identifying process improvements.

What you'll do#

• Manage the provisioning and de-provisioning of access for internal and external individuals, ensuring all controls and approval gates are met.
• Monitor automated provisioning workflows and handle exception approval processes.
• Troubleshoot access-related issues.
• Produce reports and metrics regarding access management activities.
• Facilitate periodic attestation and certification events.
• Identify and propose improvements to processes, standards, and tools to reduce risk and enhance service delivery.

What you'll need#

• Currently working toward a university degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Information Technology, specifically with Microsoft Active Directory, Linux, and AIX.
• A focus on operational excellence and a desire to improve team standards and tools.
• Experience in access management is considered an asset.
• Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP or GIAC, are considered an asset.

• Compensation: Starts at $22.50 per hour, with potential increases based on skills, education, and experience.
• Requirement: Successful clearance of a background check, including criminal checks and leadership references, is required.
