About the role#
This role is for LPNs currently enrolled in an RN program. We offer a PRN position that allows you to maintain your clinical skills and stay connected to patient care while you complete your nursing degree. You will work under the supervision of RNs and physicians to support our inpatient nursing department.
What you'll do#
- Monitor and document patient health status.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist patients with personal care needs.
- Perform routine medical procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the broader healthcare team.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
What you'll need#
- Completion of an accredited LPN program and current state LPN licensure.
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures, pharmacology, and patient care techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team.
- Physical stamina and emotional stability.
- At least 1 year of previous clinical unit experience is preferred.

- Employment type: Part-time, PRN.

- Compensation: Hourly rate of $23.00 to $34.50, with potential shift incentives for evening, night, and weekend work.
