About the role#
This internship program provides hands-on experience across civil engineering disciplines. You will work from our offices in Houston, Austin, or College Station, Texas. The program runs on a rolling basis and offers a full-time, paid position for students looking to apply their academic knowledge to active projects.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to disciplines including transportation, structural, water resources, roadway design, land development, and subsurface utility engineering.
- Work closely with experienced engineers on active projects.
- Develop practical skills and a deeper understanding of real-world engineering applications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree program in Civil Engineering.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
