About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week internship for students interested in a career in retail store management. You will work on-site for 35 hours per week during the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside store managers and district leaders to understand the daily operations of a retail location.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful store.
- Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Analyze business performance and understand how operational decisions impact store results.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real business opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
Location & details#
This role is based on-site in various locations throughout Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Secane, Media, Schwenksville, Newtown Square, Plymouth Meeting, Collegeville, Boothwyn, Royersford, Frazer, Wayne, Broomall, Lansdowne, Blue Bell, and Glenolden, as well as Richardson, Texas.
