About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work 35 hours per week over a 10-week period to gain practical experience in retail store management. This role requires on-site attendance and is intended for students interested in a career in this field.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and interact directly with customers.
- Learn the daily operations of a store by working with Store Managers and District Leaders.
- Manage operational tasks such as stocking, inventory control, and handling merchandise.
- Analyze business performance and learn how to motivate a store team.
- Complete a business project and present your findings to company leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
Location & details#
- The position is based in the Dallas metro area, including Garland, Dallas, Rowlett, and Richardson, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time summer program.
