About the role#
This paid, 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in retail store management. You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders to learn leadership best practices and store operations. The program is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in retail management. You will work 35 hours per week on a schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Support operational tasks such as inventory management, merchandise handling, and stocking.
- Analyze business performance to understand how operational decisions affect store results.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Learn how to motivate staff and manage daily store operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Availability to work the full 10-week program.
- An interest in a career in retail store management.
