About the role#
This paid, 10-week summer internship offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience in retail management. You will work alongside store managers and district leaders to learn the daily operations of a successful store. The program is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in retail management.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a store, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Analyze business performance to understand how operational and strategic decisions impact store results.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Develop leadership skills and gain exposure to retail management best practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Pursuing a major in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A strong interest in a career in retail store management.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027.
- Positions are available in Merrick, Wantagh, Levittown, North Bellmore, Medford, West Islip, Bellport, Farmingdale, Huntington, Bohemia, Jericho, Bethpage, and Lindenhurst, New York.
