About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship for students interested in a career in retail store management. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience with store operations and leadership. The program runs during the summer of 2027 and requires a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and interact with customers.
- Learn daily operations and retail management best practices.
- Analyze business performance and support tasks like inventory management.
- Complete a business-focused project and present your findings to leadership.
- Work alongside store managers to understand how operational decisions affect store results.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, with an expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- A clear interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
