About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship for students interested in a career in retail store management. You will work alongside store managers and district leaders to gain hands-on experience in retail operations and leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful store.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses a real business opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
- Analyze business performance to understand how operational and strategic decisions impact store results.
- Support operational activities, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
Location & details#
This internship is located in North Carolina, with positions available in Cornelius, Waxhaw, Huntersville, Davidson, Charlotte, Concord, Monroe, Mooresville, Weddington, and Matthews. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.
