About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship focused on retail management. You will work on-site to gain practical experience in store operations and leadership. The program is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Store Managers and retail leaders to learn leadership best practices.
- Gain exposure to staffing, talent development, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful store.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses an opportunity within your assigned store and present your recommendations to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program, specifically in Business Administration or related fields.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program, including days, evenings, and weekends.
