About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers a 10-week program for students interested in a career in retail store management. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience in leadership and store operations. Throughout the program, you will work alongside Store Managers and retail leaders to develop your professional skills and contribute to store performance.
What you'll do#
- Partner with Store Managers and retail leaders to learn leadership best practices.
- Gain exposure to staffing, talent development, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
- Complete a business-focused project that addresses an opportunity within your assigned store.
- Present your findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor's degree program with a major in Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.

This program takes place during Summer 2027. It is an on-site role available in various locations across Northern California, including Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Mount Shasta, Yuba City, Red Bluff, Anderson, Orland, Oroville, Gridley, Chico, Placerville, Sacramento, Lincoln, Marysville, Granite Bay, Pollock Pines, Redding, Grass Valley, South Lake Tahoe, Cameron Park, Auburn, Truckee, Fair Oaks, Rocklin, Folsom, Carmichael, and Weaverville. This position does not offer sponsorship.
