About the role#
This is a paid, 10-week summer internship focused on retail store management. You will work alongside store managers and district leaders to learn how to lead a team and manage store operations. The role involves analyzing business performance and understanding how strategic decisions affect store results and customer satisfaction. You will also complete a business project that addresses a real opportunity and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
- Support daily operations, including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
- Analyze business performance to understand operational decisions.
- Complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an associate or bachelor degree program, with a preference for Business Administration majors.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, and weekends.
Location & details#
- This position is on-site at locations in Spring Branch, Converse, San Antonio, Kerrville, Fair Oaks Ranch, or New Braunfels, Texas.
- This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027.
