About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the pharmacy team. You will focus on delivering quality care to patients while maintaining a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This role involves modeling company values and demonstrating empathy in your daily interactions with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
What you'll do#
- Support patient safety and pharmacy professional practice.
- Manage inventory, workflow, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Deliver patient care programs and provide immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Foster a team culture that emphasizes energy, enthusiasm, and care.
- Provide clear communication and instructions to customers and team members.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and reaching.
- Close visual acuity for reading and inspecting small parts.
- Immunization eligibility.

- Pay range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
