About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance while gaining hands-on experience in a clinical setting. This is a part-time, paid position that offers the opportunity to contribute to patient care programs and team culture.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy environment while delivering care to every patient.
- Support the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to improve outcomes and align with our company purpose.
- Foster a team culture centered on energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Complete required training and maintain necessary state licensure.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by your manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for long periods, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Immunization eligibility is preferred.

- Pay Range: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
