About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering patient care, managing pharmacy workflow, and supporting quality assurance. This position is designed for students to gain professional experience while contributing to our pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and manage patient care programs.
- Support pharmacy operations including inventory management and regulatory compliance.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and team members.
- Foster a team culture that promotes energy and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Collaborate with the team to improve health outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, reach overhead, and perform tasks requiring precision finger dexterity.
- Visual acuity for tasks such as reading and computer work.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
