About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering care to patients while you gain professional experience. You will manage daily pharmacy operations and help patients navigate their health needs.
What you'll do#
- Provide exceptional care to patients and manage patient care programs.
- Maintain pharmacy safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle inventory and workflow management tasks.
- Lead with empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture that values energy and pride.
- Administer patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Collaborate with your team to improve patient outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state-mandated timeframes.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Immunization eligibility is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

- Employment Type: Part-time.

- Pay Range: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
