About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering patient care, managing pharmacy programs, and contributing to the overall workflow of the pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective work environment while delivering care to patients.
- Manage and adopt patient care programs to support customer health.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outcomes and align others around company goals.
- Facilitate a culture that promotes energy and pride within the pharmacy.
- Complete all required training and obtain necessary licensure within state guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, reach, stoop, bend, and use finger dexterity for typing and handling items.
- Visual acuity for reading, inspection, and computer work.
- Capability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally.

- This position is based on-site in Voorhees, New Jersey.
- This is a part-time, paid role with a rolling term.
