About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. You will focus on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. This role is designed for students to gain professional experience while contributing to patient care and pharmacy workflow management.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients by modeling company values and demonstrating empathy.

- Manage and adopt patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain an environment of energy and pride.

What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, reach overhead, and perform precision tasks with fingers.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stoop to move items between low and high positions.
- Close visual acuity for reading and computer tasks.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.

- Location: Montrose, California.
- Type: Part-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $20.10 - $23.10 per hour.
