About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide care to patients. You will help manage chronic and specialty conditions, advise on prescriptions, and contribute to a safe pharmacy environment. This role focuses on delivering our purpose and modeling our values while gaining professional experience in a retail setting.
What you'll do#
- Support patient safety, professional practice, and quality assurance.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, excluding final prescription verification.
- Handle inventory management and customer service duties.
- Lead with empathy and collaborate with your team to deliver positive health outcomes.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Facilitate a positive team culture.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all training within required timeframes.
- Ability to work nights and weekends with regular attendance.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, reach overhead, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and visual acuity.

- Pay range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
