About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide care to our patients. You will support the pharmacy team by managing daily operations and ensuring a safe, effective environment. This role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance while you gain professional experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and model company values.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and customer service tasks.
- Support patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outcomes and promote a positive work culture.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations and eligibility requirements are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity and precision control.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- Location: Budd Lake, New Jersey.
- Type: Part-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
