About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support our retail pharmacy operations. You will play a key role in delivering patient care, modeling company values, and ensuring a safe, effective environment for our customers. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Ozone Park, New York.
What you'll do#
- Ensure patient safety and uphold pharmacy professional practice standards.
- Manage inventory and pharmacy workflow.
- Handle regulatory requirements and quality assurance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and care.
- Help patients through the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster a team culture that promotes energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, reach overhead, and remain upright for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity for typing, pinching, and picking items.
- Visual acuity for transcribing, reading, and visual inspection.

- Compensation: $20.75 - $25.25 per hour.
