About the role#
As a pharmacy intern, you will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the operations of a retail pharmacy. You will assist in maintaining a safe environment while delivering care to patients. This role focuses on patient safety, inventory management, and professional practice within the pharmacy setting.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and manage patient care programs.
- Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and team members.
- Foster a team culture that encourages energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Collaborate with the team to improve health outcomes.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Complete all required training and obtain necessary licensure within state guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, reach overhead, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.
- Visual acuity to read, transcribe, and perform inspections.

- Pay range: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
