About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You help ensure a safe environment while providing care to patients. This role involves managing pharmacy workflows, inventory, and quality assurance to help people manage their health.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients with empathy and compassion.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and daily workflow tasks.
- Follow regulatory requirements and perform quality assurance checks.
- Engage in pharmacy professional practice to support patient health programs.
- Provide patient immunizations once you meet state regulations.
- Foster a team culture that values energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Collaborate with the team to improve patient outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Current intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for typing and handling small items.
- Visual acuity for reading, transcribing, and visual inspection.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
