About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support our retail pharmacy operations. You play a role in maintaining a safe, effective environment while delivering care to our patients. This position involves managing patient care programs, supporting team culture, and assisting with daily pharmacy tasks.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective work environment by following regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Manage inventory and pharmacy workflow processes.
- Provide customer service and assist patients with their health needs.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs.
- Model our values by leading with heart, collaborating with your team, and promoting a positive culture.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations and eligibility requirements are met.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and immunization eligibility are preferred.

- Location: Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
- Type: Part-time, on-site role.
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
