About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy. You will assist in delivering patient care, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting the pharmacy team in their daily tasks.

- Support patient health through the management and adoption of patient care programs.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
- Align your work with the goal of providing quality care to every patient.
- Ensure the pharmacy remains a safe and effective environment for all.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 20 lbs, and using precise finger movements for typing or handling items.
- Communicate instructions clearly to both colleagues and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and the specified timeframe.
- Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.

- Employment type: Part-time.
- Compensation: $20.00 to $23.75 per hour.
