About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the operations of our retail pharmacy. You will play a part in delivering care to patients while gaining professional experience. This role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, managing patient care programs, and supporting the pharmacy team.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy work environment.
- Deliver care to each patient and manage patient care programs.
- Lead with empathy for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to improve outcomes and promote a culture of energy and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Align team members with the company purpose.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift, scan, and bag items, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Visual acuity for tasks such as reading and transcribing.
- Ability to orally communicate instructions to others.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.

- Role type: Part-time, on-site.
- Pay: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
