About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You play a role in maintaining a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment. You will provide care to patients, manage patient care programs, and contribute to the overall pharmacy team. This position is part-time and operates on a rolling basis.
What you'll do#
- Deliver care to patients and manage patient care programs.

- Collaborate with your team to deliver better health outcomes.

- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, reach, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Close visual acuity for tasks like transcribing and viewing computer terminals.
- Ability to orally communicate instructions to colleagues and customers.
