About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the pharmacy team. You will focus on delivering care to patients while maintaining a safe and effective work environment. This role involves active participation in pharmacy operations and patient care programs.
What you'll do#
- Perform pharmacy professional practice activities and patient safety tasks.
- Manage inventory and pharmacy workflow.
- Provide customer service and assist with quality assurance.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs.
- Model company values by demonstrating empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes energy and pride.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Follow all regulatory requirements.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to complete required training within state guidelines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, reaching, and stooping.
- Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and transcribing.

- Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
