About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will apply your classroom learning to real-world practice. You will work under the direction of a preceptor to complete a training roadmap, gaining hands-on experience in pharmacy operations. This role prepares you for future responsibilities as a pharmacist while you support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate, and caring service to our patients.
What you'll do#
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure operations run smoothly.
- Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Learn to demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all customer interactions.
- Complete basic inventory activities, such as putting away deliveries and managing cycle counts, as directed by pharmacy leadership.
- Contribute to a high-performing team by embracing a growth mindset and remaining receptive to feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or acceptance into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Ability to complete all required training within the designated timeframe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy.

- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time with rolling terms.
